For businesses with a marketing price below £250,000 we work on a fixed fee agreed in advance which is from £2995+vat depending on size, tenure and client requirements.

For businesses with a marketing price above £250,000 we work on a percentage basis or a fixed fee which is from £3995+vat depending on size, tenure and client requirements

Clients purchase hours in advance and use them as required. Our standard Telephone /Zoom rate is £150+vat per hour or on-site rate is £195+vat per hour. The minimum number of hours that can be purchased is 3.

Case Study 1 – We worked with the owners of a Café/Restaurant in the hospitality sector for a period of 18 months before marketing the business for sale. The clients spent £900+vat and easily increased the value of their business by £15,000

Case Study 2 – A company that consisted of 8 Garages/Mot centres was in a loss-making situation and had many staffing issues. We appointed HR consultancy, and we were able to help the owners get their business into a profitable and saleable position. The client’s spend was under £3,000 over two years

Case Study 3 – An E-commerce business that had a turnover of 2.3 million but was making virtually no profits and needed to put their business on the market due to the owner’s ill health. Client spend over 12 months approximately £2,000+vat. We then went on to sell the business for £1,800,000+sav. Our commission for selling was 2%+vat
